Officials from Hue’s Thuan Hoa District announced on Tuesday that construction of a unique performance stage on the iconic Perfume River is being accelerated. This ambitious project is part of a larger plan to transform and enhance the city’s public spaces, with a substantial investment of VND30 billion (approximately US$1.2 million).
