Ambassador Bui Van Nghi proposed the establishment of a Joint Committee on Science, Technology, and Innovation to foster closer ties and mutual learning between the two countries. Vietnam aspires to learn from Brazil’s advancements in ethanol biotechnology, the agricultural processing industry, and mining.
