The annual carnival will take place on the beach at Dai Duong Park in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province. The carnival will feature music, processions, and dancing, and will involve 1,200 actors, both professionals and amateurs. The event will also have numerous tourist boats in the vicinity. This year’s carnival will include a drone light show, the first of its kind in Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay has been recognized as a World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO twice, in 1994 and 2020. The drone show will be accompanied by a fireworks display, music, dancing, and other attractive programs. The carnival is part of the province’s 2024 tourism promotion plan.
