This festival was one of the many celebrations organized by Hanoi to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the capital’s liberation (October 10, 1954 – 2024). This year, the festival united 12 provinces and cities from across Vietnam, along with 17 districts, towns, and cities within the capital itself.
